The Order Procedure of Disney Blu-ray Test Disc is as follows

Purchase Order from outside of Japan

Documents 1) Order Sheet 2) TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT 3) TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT for BDROM-BTD100 4) TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT for BDROM-BTD200

Order Sheet Please fill in the blanks of the Order Sheet and send it to us with an original copy of TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT by mail. *Please send us an order sheet only by fax or email from the second purchase.

TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT Please send us an original copy of TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT after you have signed.

Delivery Date The test tools are shipped upon * Receipt of one original copy of TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT   AND * Acknowledgement of receipt of payment to our account

Shipment The test discs should be shipped via courier. Please return the Acknowledgement of receipt by fax or email.

Remarks If you would like to purchase the discs via company in Japan (your agent, etc.), please inform us beforehand.
