NDA
For the first purchase of the SD test tools, "SD Test Tools Supply and Limited Use License Agreement" (NDA) is required.
Based on your order sheet, we will send you duplicate signed originals of the NDA by courier. |
Invoice
Invoice including banking information shall be issued upon receipt of duly signed NDA.
If purchaser has valid NDA, invoice shall be issued upon receipt of the order sheet. |
Delivery Date
The test tools are shipped upon

Shipment
The test tools should be shipped via courier. Please return the Acknowledgement of receipt by fax or e-mail. |
